We love the story of Salt & Straw.

Two cousins wanted to start an ice cream shop, but they knew nothing about making ice cream. They bought a couple used ice-cream makers and went about teaching themselves how to create something special, cashed in their savings, and bought a food cart. Later, they opened their first store on Alberta Street in Portland.

Salt & Straw has four locations in Oregon. In addition to the one on Alberta Street, you'll find one at 3345 SE Division Street in Portland...

...one at 838 NW 23rd in Portland...

...and another at 100 A Avenue in Lake Oswego.

Salt & Straw is so popular that it's expanded into California and Washington, too!

On May 1, 2020, Salt & Straw opened back up for pickup and local delivery, so you can get your favorite flavors right now!

Pickup and local delivery is available seven days a week, from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m.
