Located in the town of Elsie along Highway 26, Camp 18 is a wonderful restaurant and logging museum that has been serving delicious food in a unique environment since 1986.
The restaurant was built by hand by the owner, Gordon Smith, and fellow logger Maurie Clark. The impressive structure has a welcoming, rustic ambiance and is full of awesome details like hand carved wooden statues, an antler chandelier, two fireplaces, and more.
The ambiance is totally unique.
The restaurant serves all kinds of delicious American food, including country-style breakfasts, griddle cakes, burgers, seafood, pasta, steak, and more.
You will definitely want to try their famous, huge, mouthwatering cinnamon rolls.
Camp 18 also encompasses a fascinating logging museum, complete with all kinds of old mining equipment, logging displays, and more.
Outside, there are many historic artifacts you can check out as well.
