This festival has been happening in St. Helens for decades now, and everyone in town looks forward to it all year. It was inspired by the fact that the Disney Channel classic movie Halloweentown was filmed here in 1998.

At the end of the parade, everyone gathers in the park for the culmination of the festival - the lighting of the giant pumpkin in front of City Hall.
