Enjoy gorgeous lake views at Redrock Canyon Grill, open Monday through Thursday from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., Friday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.
