You Can Smell The Barbecue From A Mile Away At This Underrated Oklahoma Restaurant

It’s hard to beat the smell of mouthwatering bbq…especially Oklahoma barbecue! We’re lucky to have so many great places to choose from, and I found one more place to add to your list. There’s not much to this unassuming restaurant (besides the smell that will draw you in from a mile away), but the food will make your taste buds go crazy.

Leo's Barbecue is an iconic bbq spot that has been serving "real" barbecue since 1974. Before you even get inside, you'll smell the food from a mile away...and it's just as good as it smells.

Stop in for lunch and dinner and watch your taste buds go crazy. It's the kind of place where locals go to get some of the best meats in town.

They are well-known for their spare ribs and delicious bbq sauce. There's not a lot to the menu, but what they offer is superb.

The meat is perfectly smoked, and in fact, you'll probably smell like it after you leave this place (in a good way).

Enjoy hickory-smoked meats and fresh sides. Each platter is filled with all sorts of flavors. Enjoy dinner sized plates or meat by the pound.

But that's not all...every dinner is served with a slice of strawberry banana cake!

You'll find Leo's at 3631 North Kelley Avenue in Oklahoma City. They are open Monday - Saturday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. and closed on Sundays.
