This Incredible Kite Festival In Oklahoma Is A Must-See
Attention, kite-fliers: The SkyDance Kite Festival is coming to Broken Arrow, Oklahoma on September 9, 2017, and you don’t want to miss it. Bring your own kite or purchase one on-site and help decorate the Oklahoma sky in a fun way.
The SkyDance Kite Festival will take place at Chisholm Trail South Park at 21101 East 101st Street in Broken Arrow.
This event is hosted by the Tulsa Wind Riders and is free to the public.
People come from all over the midwest to take part in this exciting festival. Kite-fliers of all ages can help color the skies of Oklahoma in a fun and exciting way.
There will be kite vendors on-site if you want to purchase a new kite or you can bring your own and fly it along with all the others.
Plan on attending between 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on September 9, 2017. Bring your own lawn chairs, blankets or tarps and pick your favorite spot on the lawn.
You can pack a picnic lunch or purchase food from the food vendor that will be at the park.
The festival is a family-friendly event and a great way to make new memories with the kids.
