Guests can also enjoy the beautiful covered patio that has seating for an additional 100 people. It also comes with waterfront views, and you might even catch a glimpse of elk or longhorn cattle.

There's a handful of items on the menu but Simon's is famous for their hot and crispy fried catfish.

And the best part is, it's an all-you-can-eat catfish meal. It comes seasoned in cornmeal and fried to a golden brown. It's served with fresh cut fries, coleslaw, pinto beans, green tomatoes, purple onions, pickles, hush puppies and tartar sauce.
