You’d Never Know This Unsuspecting Ohio Building Is Actually Hiding A 1940s Neighborhood Inside
You truly never know what you’ll find hiding in Ohio.
If you’ve ever heard of The Lantern of Chagrin Valley, then you likely know it isn’t your typical nursing home. Designed to look exactly like a peaceful, 1940s neighborhood inside, life here is pleasant, refreshing and special for residents. A tour here will impress you. Take a look:

You'll find it at 5277 Chillicothe Rd. in Chagrin Falls.

According to the establishment's website, each resident participates in the "Svayus" program, which is Sanskrit for "life with vigor".

There are even special fiber optics in the ceiling to give the halls an illusion of daylight and a starry sky at night.

You might even hear some sound effects in the background such as bird's chirping.

From the green grass carpet and rocking chairs, to the front porches and lamp posts, a tour here will make you forget you're actually strolling through a nursing home.

Pretty neat, right?
