Where else can I go kayaking in Ohio?

Some of the best places to go kayaking in Ohio are state park canoe liveries. Other fun places in Ohio to go kayaking include Breakaway Excursions in Mantua, where you can take a tour on on either the Cuyahoga River or LaDue Reservoir, and Kayak the Bay on South Bass Island. Both of these kayak tours are excellent ways to begin kayaking. Even if you’ve never been kayaking before, these are great places to learn. Take a journey with your family or a group of friends and get out on the water for a new kind of adventure. 

Are there other water sports in Ohio that are popular?

Although there are few water sports in Ohio that come to mind, that doesn’t mean Ohioans don’t know how to have fun on the water. Most sailing, motorboat and jet ski sports take place at the Lake Erie Shore and Islands, but you can take a kayak, canoe or tube along several different rivers and lakes in Ohio.
