It's time to pull out your magic wands and put on your robes to attend the 2023 Ironton Wizardfest, an epic Ohio festival for witches and wizards of all ages. This two-day festival is packed with activities to add a little magic and wonder in your life including meet-and-greets with famous actors, exotic animals, a Wizard’s Ball, craft vendors, and so much more. This is the wizard bash of the year!

Calling all witches and wizards! You have officially been invited to Ironton’s festival of witchcraft and wizardry. Mark your calendars for November 11-12, 2023 to attend this magical event in downtown Ironton.

You will be enchanted at this whimsical festival created by devoted fans of the legendary tale of the most famous boy wizard. This magical celebration is a sanctuary for all admirers of the world of wizardry.

There is no dull moment at this two-day festival. You’ll immediately be charmed as you watch reptile and creepy creature shows, feed and pet exotic animals, explore massive LEGO brick displays, visit more than 60 vendors, and even try to break out of the cleverly crafted escape rooms.

You’ll truly feel like you’ve entered a magical world as you strive to beat your personal best in the broom racing timed trials, create your own wand, and even attend Ironton's Wizardry Academy Classes.

At this Ohio festival, you'll want to dress in your best wizard cosplay costume and take lots of photos at the various themed photo ops around the event.

You can even learn something new at the Wizardry Heritage Market with demonstrations that include broom making, blacksmith forging, and wood carving.

Make sure to come hungry as there will be tons of food, pastries, and candies. Don't forget to discover the original recipe of the delicious and well-known butterscotch drink, and pull up a stool at the Two Beaters Wizard’s Pub.

Write down all of your questions for the meet-and-greets with Chris Rankin, who played Percy Weasley, and Josh Herdman, who played Gregory Goyle, in the Harry Potter films. This is a highlight of the festival and one activity you'll be sad to miss.

And, for a night to remember, put on your best dress robe and attend the Ironton Wizardfest Wizard's Ball featuring live music, performances, a DJ, dancing, a buffet, a full-service cash bar, and more.

You must be 18 or older to attend the Wizard's Ball, and separate tickets are required. Each ticket includes a buffet with free soda, tea, and water. This is bound to be a night of enchantment, wonder, and magic.
