Enjoy First-Class Dining At The Bistro At The Everett Hotel In North Carolina
With the Great Smoky Mountains Railroad and the famous Road to Nowhere, the small town of Bryson City in North Carolina is a must for any train or outdoor enthusiast around. You can easily spend a weekend or longer in this small mountain town of just under 1,500 people and in doing so, you’d be remiss to skip having a meal at The Bistro at the Everett Hotel.
It's located only steps from Main Street and found on the corner in a distinctively red brick building.
Start the meal with a soup or salad. The menu features soups like She Crab Soup, Chili con Carne, and French Onion. And salads are aplenty and prepared fresh with each order.
Burgers and sandwiches are available for those who don't want to commit to a whole entree. Entrees feature a variety of steaks, fresh (seasonal) fish, meatloaf, and more.
