Just south of Rochester in the small town of Victor, this family-run maple business is a local favorite and once you visit it's not hard at all to see why.

Producing anywhere from to 200 to 300 gallons of maple goodness each year, at Schoff's Sugar Shack you'll get the opportunity to see in full how the maple process works.

Visitors of the shack will get to see the maple making process, as well as learn about the ins and outs when it comes to tapping, boiling, filtering, and bottling up the maple syrup.

Now, onto the real reason why you've come to visit.

Making all sorts of maple products throughout the year, stopping into Schoff's Sugar Shack means you'll get to take home some of the best maple syrup you've ever tasted here in Western New York.

Currently at the shack, you can find half pints, pints, quarts, half gallons, and gallons of Golden, Amber, Dark, and Extra Dark maple syrup.

Like any great maple attraction here in the Empire State, you can, of course, find maple candies being made and bagged up for you too!
