But what about the pasta? Ca'Mea's pasta is made in-house and includes scratch-made spinach and ricotta ravioli in a pomodoro sauce as well as linguine with sautéed little neck clams, garlic, lemon, white wine and red pepper flakes. In another dish, house made pappardelle mixes with sautéed wild mushrooms, parmesan, olive oil and parsley.
