Their alpaca farm is not open to the public every day, but about once a month they host Open Farm Days where you can receive a farm tour from the owners, ask any questions you might have, and visit their farm store.

You'll receive an official adoption certificate, a picture of your alpaca, a copy of the Alpaca Registry notes for your alpaca that includes its birthday and lineage, and even pen pal letters from your alpaca!
