Fast-paced and fun-filled, snow tubing is a fun alternative to sledding in winter, and Ruidoso Winter Park is one of the top places to do so in southern New Mexico.
“A” hill is an intermediate run that is perfect for tubing newbies and children 36 inches or taller. “B” hill is for the adventurous tuber and visitors at least 46 inches tall. Meanwhile, the little ones in your family can enjoy the Penguin Park, perfect for children under 42 inches in height.
There are two main options for your tubing experience: choose a three-hour daytime adventure starting as early as 10 a.m. or opt for an evening ride that operates from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Snow tubing is available Friday through Monday for day and dusk tubing times, as well as for additional days surrounding Christmas. For details about dates available, to purchase tickets, and more, visit the park’s website or Facebook page.
