Kap’s offers classics, such as eggs, hot cakes, and french toast, and also “New Mexican Favorites,” which include huevos con chorizo, a breakfast burrito plate, and carne adovada.

However, Kap’s closes at 3 p.m. everyday, so visitors will either be enjoying a late lunch or very early dinner!

They pair well with the famous Kap’s cinnamon coffee. In fact, many visitors stop by just for this sweet treat!

The best way to learn about a place is through its food and its locals, and Kap’s is filled to the brim with both.
