Fall festivals in New Jersey mean the welcoming of cooler weather, and ah — autumn is finally here. The leaves are crispier and colorful; the kids are back in school which might be happy news or not — depending on who you are — and the whole state is gearing up for the best fall events in New Jersey playing out over September and October. I look forward to fall all year.
