The Dreamy Lavender Farm In New Jersey You’ll Want To Visit This Spring
Lavender farms are lovely and I’m happy to report that New Jersey has several! I believe each one is worth a visit, but today I’m featuring a fan favorite…Orchard View Lavender Farm. It’s free to visit, hosts wonderful events, and is breathtakingly beautiful. There’s a lot to love, so read on for all the details.
Orchard View Lavender Farm, located in Port Murray, opens for the season on April 19th.
You can walk the lavender field and cut your own lavender bundles during harvest time. Please call ahead to make sure the lavender is in bloom. (Typically, the first blooms will appear in June.)
In addition to the lavender, you'll love the events. There are garden rock painting parties, full moon meditations, lavender lunar yoga sessions, and more to enjoy.
If you'd like to take a bit of the beauty home, visit the farm stand. You'll find aromatherapy jewelry, lavender infused baked goods, satchels and so much more.
