It’s officially sunflower season in New Jersey. Each farm is different, with blooms available from late July to early October. Most farms peak in late August to mid-September. When it comes to beautiful sunflower fields and pick-your-own opportunities, we’ve got plenty of options in New Jersey. It’s no surprise, being that we’re the Garden State. If you live in North Jersey, one fantastic option is Van Thun Farms in Washington. If you’re in the southern half of our state, consider the delightful Dalton Farms.

The prices are currently (at post time) listed as follows: Sunflowers are $2 per stem and 10 for $10. Admission is $10 per person and will be given in 2-hour time slots. They must be purchased in advance online. The drive-through experience is $20 per car. The farm will be open daily through September.
