The Humble Little Restaurant New Hampshirites Are Quietly Obsessed With

It’s not hard to find a place to eat in New Hampshire. Depending on where you are, there are lots of different options. Near the beach you might find the best seafood, while up in the mountains you might dig into a cozy steak meal. Another thing we love about the Granite State is that you don’t need to be in one of the larger towns or cities to enjoy the best food the state has to offer. In fact, this little spot is beloved amongst local. But, if you drove by without paying attention you might not even notice it!

We’re aware that these uncertain times are limiting many aspects of life as we all practice social and physical distancing. While we’re continuing to feature destinations that make our state wonderful, we don’t expect or encourage you to go check them out immediately. We believe that supporting local attractions is important now more than ever and we hope our articles inspire your future adventures! And on that note, please nominate your favorite local business that could use some love right now:

The Hawg Trawf is located at 30-40 East Side Rd., Errol, Maine. They’re open Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. They’re open Friday and Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. You can give them a call directly any time!

While we at it, check out this roundup of the restaurants you need to try in 2019. Some of what’s included here might surprise you!
