The clown-themed hotel has been unsettling guests since 1985, with a collection of over 2,000 clowns from just about every era and part of the world you could imagine. Spending the night in this hotel makes for a unique and – let’s be honest – utterly terrifying experience, but that’s exactly why so many people seek it out!

As if it wasn't already the most terrifying destination in Nevada, the Clown Motel is making sure this Halloween is one that you'll never forget. This year, the motel is hosting the Clown Hunt, and it's just as frightening as it sounds!
The Clown Hunt is a Halloween Scavenger Hunt Mystery that will take place every evening from October 29 through October 31. Reservations are required and you'll want to act quickly - the Friday evening slot is already sold out.
You do not have to be a guest at the motel to participate in this horrific event. Although, tickets are complimentary for motel guests, so why not make a weekend of it? Otherwise, tickets are $20 per person, plus tax.
So, here's the deal: There have been numerous accounts of lifelike clowns lurking around the motel and nearby cemetery. Your mission during the Clown Hunt is to find out if Jack, the motel's former owner, is the one behind the chaos. Get ready to solve puzzles and collect a number of clues throughout the night.
Those who are brave enough to take on this creepy task will be handsomely rewarded. Not to mention, the motel's resident clowns will be giving away plenty of awesome prizes during the festive weekend. There will also be a costume contest, so be sure to come dressed in your best!
