There’s A Quirky Windmill Park Hiding Right Here In Nebraska And You’ll Want To Plan Your Visit
Go just about anywhere in Nebraska, from farmland to ranchland and everywhere in between – and you’ll see windmills standing tall. They’re part of our shared history and our state’s identity, and for those of us who grew up around them, they’re sweet pieces of nostalgia. There’s one place that honors that history with a huge display of old windmills.
The Second Wind Ranch is located in a scenic canyon just north of Comstock.
Some of these beauties have seen better days, but many have been restored. The windmills that are showing their age are just as wonderful to look at as those that have been revitalized.
