Sin City Grill Just Might Have The Wackiest Menu In All Of Nebraska But It's Amazing

Some days, picking up a drive-through burger on the way home will sate your appetite. There are other days, however, when nothing less than a fresh gourmet burger loaded with toppings will do. If today is that kind of day, head to Grand Island to visit a burger place with a unique menu that celebrates Las Vegas…and beef.
Are you feeling lucky? You will when you open the door at Sin City Grill and step inside.
If the restaurant's theme wasn't clear from its name, it becomes obvious as soon as you arrive. Grand Island may be far from Vegas, but the magic of Sin City is alive and well here!
Retro casino-type decor aplenty fills this casual space. Unlike an actual casino, it isn't typically filled with neon lights, large banks of slot machines, or rowdy bachelorette parties.
What Sin City does have, however, is a big ol' menu full of creative twists on familiar burger faves. They've all got fun on-theme names that are undeniably amusing.
You can try The Sizzlin 7s, a patty stuffed with pepper jack cheese and jalapeños and topped with jalapeño-flavored bacon, Sin City's special spicy mayo, and more pepper jack cheese.
Other fun burgers include The One-Armed Bandit, The Texas Hold 'Em, and The Lounge Lizard. The popular Golden Nugget is an unusual creation consisting of an open-faced burger topped with fries, nacho cheese, and diced onion and tomato.
The Ol' Blue Eyes is dipped in Sparky's Wing and Dippin' Sauce and topped with bleu cheese crumbles. If you're feeling especially hungry (and brave), try out the Phat Elvis: a beer-battered, fried patty topped with red onion, American cheese, and spicy mayo.
Want to add even more decadence? You can add a variety of toppings to any burger, including a fried egg, a scoop of chili, peanut butter, or a pineapple slice.
Non-burgers are on the menu, too. Make a selection from the "Sin City Proposition Betting" section for The Lucky Number (a salmon patty with bacon on a bun), The Joker (grilled chicken breast, Swiss cheese, jalapeño-flavored bacon, and jerk barbecue sauce on a bun), or the Las Vegas Strips of Chicken.
Whatever you order, be sure to get an order of house-made fries or potato chips. The potatoes are all hand-cut and as fresh as can be, and you can definitely taste the quality.

The cocktail menu is filled with nostalgic favorites that were popular in vegas in the '50s and '60s. Selections include the Harvey Wallbanger, the golden Cadillac, and the Sin City "Hit Me."
Sin City's shakes and malts are some of the best in Grand Island. If you're over 21, check out the "loaded milkshakes" that are prepared with a little extra something.
You can even get the casino-night feel early in the day on the weekend. Breakfast is served during limited hours on Saturday and Sunday. The Full House is a decadent treat: thick cinnamon swirl brioche french toast that's coated in Cap'n Crunch cereal before cooking and then topped with powdered sugar.
The Bingo, Sin City's take on biscuits and gravy, is a much-loved favorite. If your pockets are feeling a little light after a night of gambling, the I'm Broke is the way to go: it's a bowl of house-made chili with two eggs on top and served with garlic toast.
