In fact, the town of Hebron has deemed itself “Nebraska’s Porch Swing Capital.” Most people are used to finding porch swings in the south, but an enthusiastic local was determined to bring the biggest and best porch swing to Nebraska. This unusual attraction is located in Roosevelt Park and can hold up to 16 adults or 24 children. Even though this big swing might not be in the Guinness World Records, locals say that no one has yet challenged the proclamation.
