One restaurant in Grand Island is swimming in fun gas station and automotive memorabilia that will take you right back in time.

Even before entering the Filling Station in Grand Island, you can tell you're in for a unique experience.

But you won't get the full impact until you get inside and look around.

Just about every inch of the interior is filled with unique vintage items.

You'll find old gas pumps, a mock-up old filling station, old porcelain and neon signs and unusual antique objects all related to the gas/oil/automotive industry.

All of these vintage objects came from owner Tyson Juhl's own collection. In fact, the items were the inspiration for this unique restaurant concept.

The restaurant that began as a place for Juhl to display his antique collection has become a fun, family-friendly dinner destination.

The antiques and collectibles all throughout The Filling Station were amassed over a number of years through Craigslist, eBay, and good old-fashioned picking.

There's no official count on the number of vintage objects in this collection, but it's the largest one most of us will ever see in one place.

This is the perfect place to kick back with a drink or two after work...

Customers rave about the pizza, wings, and burgers, but you'll find a menu full of delicious treats.
