What’s Hiding In Utah’s Wilderness Is Truly Enchanting…And You’ll Want Experience It

Utah's slot canyons are stunning...sheer red-rock cliffs towering above you, while just a slice of blue sky creates a heavenly ceiling. Hiking through a slot canyon is like being in another world, where you're cut off from civilization and completely immersed in nature. While all of Utah's slots are amazing, there's a mini slot canyon near Boulder that offers something truly special and unique. It's called "Singing Canyon."

The mini slot canyon is located in the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument, just a few miles from Boulder.

Take the Burr Trail Road 11 miles, then park in the pull-out along the road.

Reach Singing Canyon with a quick, easy hike.

Look for the cottonwood trees, and start walking. It takes just 7 minutes or so to reach the canyon. The canyon is shady and cool, with a surprising amount of lush, green foliage.

Singing Canyon is so named because of its acoustics.

They're said to be nearly perfect. Don't be surprised if stumble upon a singer or musician practicing here.

This place is a hidden oasis.
