There's absolutely no excuse to be sitting on the couch this fall — Utah is chock-full of fun festivals, corn mazes, haunted attractions and more! Here's a rural fall festival that's perfect for the whole family:
You'll find this fun fall festival at A Country Farm in Payson. The family-owned farm is located at 4058 W. 9600 S.
Payson, Utah. The festival runs on October 12th and 13th, and again the 18th through 20th. Visit from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Admission is free!
There are tons of fun activities here. Stop by the barn for a free game of checkers.
Other activities during the fest have a small admission fee between 50 cents and $1. Or, purchase a pass for all the activities for just $10. Say hello to the farm's residents and scratch 'em behind the ears in the petting zoo.
Visit the pumpkin patch to find the perfect pumpkin for your Halloween Jack-'O-Lantern.
Navigate the straw maze, and try your hand at roping. Luckily, these cows hold still while you practice!
Little ones will love the pony rides.
You'll definitely want to participate in some of the contests offered during the festival. Get out your crayons and enter the coloring contest.
Wear your costume for a chance to win the costume contest. This little guy was one of the winners back in 2015, and you can see that the competition is pretty fierce!
Search all over the farm to find the boot and win a prize.
How fast can you chug some chocolate milk? Practice at home now so you can take the championship!
There's nothing like a rural hayride to celebrate fall. Wagon rides are free and leave every 15 minutes.
Find more information about this fun farm fest on the farm's website, and follow its Facebook page for the latest news and photos. Does the Country Farm Fest look like something you'd enjoy?
