While the huge creatures like the belugas and the whale sharks tend to get a lot of notice, we love the simplicity of the jellyfish on display.

Step inside this otherworldly landmark and you'll observe over 100,000 animals up close and personal. Visitors of all ages are in for a fascinating and educational experience.

How big is the Georgia Aquarium? Well, in addition to its big physical size, the aquarium is also renowned for its ability to host rare and unique creatures of massive size. This is the only facility in the United States to house the mighty whale shark. Another rare species here is the beautiful beluga whale.
