Oregon is endlessly beautiful. It seems like everywhere you look there's another beautiful hidden gem to be discovered. One thing I find amazing about Oregon is the abundance of beautiful lakes. From reflective alpine lakes to pristine sparkling swimming holes, everyone in Oregon should take the opportunity to see these 13 lovely lakes.

Last summer, we brought you a list of 11 gorgeous lakes to visit in Oregon, and to celebrate the return of the sun we've decided to show you some more of Oregon's most beautiful lakes. Each of these gorgeous destinations are a perfect place to spend a sunny day, whether that includes swimming, fishing, kayaking, hiking or having a picnic on the shore. These 13 breathtaking lakes will drop your jaw:

13. Lost Lake

The stunning Lost Lake is a remote, gorgeous lake tucked into the Mount Hood National Forest with amazing views of the mountain reflected in the water. It's a wonderful place for camping, hiking, swimming, kayaking and more.

12. Clear Lake

Located in Linn County, Clear Lake is a lovely body of water, as well as the headwaters of the McKenzie River. It's also said to be an amazing place to go freshwater diving, because at the bottom of the lake you can find an amazingly preserved stand of trees that were killed thousands of years ago during a volcanic eruption. 11. Lake Billy Chinook

This reservoir is remarkably beautiful, despite being manmade. Located in Jefferson County, it's a great place for boating, water skiing and other water recreation activities.

10. Todd Lake

Located in the Deschutes National Forest, Todd Lake is a beautiful place for sightseeing, hiking, swimming, boating and picnicking on the lovely green shores.

9. Sparks Lake

Nestled into the Cascade range of Central Oregon, the scenic Sparks Lake has amazing views of the surrounding mountain peaks.

There's fishing, swimming and hiking trails at this serene lake near Mt Hood.

7. Strawberry Lake

You can boat, fish, swim and camp at the beautiful Fish Lake. Fish Lake is a picturesque reservoir located in Jackson County.

3. Trillium Lake

Trillium Lake is a beautiful lake located near Mt Hood. It's a wonderful place for sightseeing and outdoor recreation including kayaking, swimming and camping.

2. Hosmer Lake

Located in the Cascade Range near Bend, Hosmer Lake is a gorgeous body of water with lovely marshlike areas, waterlilies and great views of Mt Bachelor.

1. Mirror Lake

Located in the Mount Hood National Forest, the beautiful Mirror Lake is accessible by hiking (or snow shoeing in winter).
