It's a hidden gem most people don't know about, so it's never very crowded. We highly recommend you add it to your outdoor bucket list destination if you love the great outdoors.

This place is a sanctuary for bird watchers. Check out this gorgeous grey colored bird, the Mississippi Kite, a small falcon shaped bird of prey. Be on the lookout for them especially in the summer months.

Another unique aspect of the Deep Fork National Wildlife Refuge is the winding trails. These paths will lead you on incredible adventures throughout the nearly 10,000-acre piece of property.
