A 3-mile trail one way, the Hemlock Gorge Trail connects to the North Rim Trail within Mohican State Park.

It's one of the most beautiful places to hike in northeast Ohio, hands-down.

The Clear Fork Gorge is a National Natural Landmark few people know about. It's one of the deepest gorges in Ohio.

Note: The Hemlock Gorge Trail is considered easy to moderate.

If you continue your journey past the covered bridge, the Hemlock Gorge Trail connects to the Lyons Falls Trails, which is worth the extra time to explore.

There's also a 25-mile bike trail that passes through the Mohican State Forest, so mountain bikers can explore the area even further.
