You Can Pick Your Own Flowers At Flying Cloud Farm In North Carolina

Visit Flying Cloud Farm near Asheville for affordable u-pick flowers from mid-June through October.

This summer, head to Fairview, located about 15 miles southeast of Asheville, for some gorgeous u-pick flowers raised at Flying Cloud Farm in the mountains of North Carolina. We can't think of a better way to spend a summer morning than by picking our own flowers to bring home and brighten the house. Can you?

Flying Cloud Farm produces vegetables, berries, and home grown flowers that it sells through its community supported agriculture program (CSA), markets, and its own roadside stand.

From mid-June through October, the farm opens up to the public for u-pick flower cutting managed by the roadside stand.

Come summer, pop on over for some gorgeous options to brighten up your home. A huge assortment of flowers is available for the choosing.

And later in the season, sunflowers are added to the line up.

Pricing for the u-pick flowers is always super affordable, with prices like $10 per cup of flowers picked.

A small pair of scissors for cutting is supplied, so there's no need to bring tools for cutting.

Just show up with expectations of snagging some beautiful home grown flowers to bring home.

Flying Cloud Farm is located about 20 minutes southeast of Asheville near the community of Fairview. Prepare to see some butterflies hard at work pollinating the crops on the farm, too!
