What some people don't know is that there are a ton of other incredible zoos in the state that are worth checking out. Arguably, some of these are more animal sanctuaries than zoos, but you should still check them out! Here are seven incredible zoos in Indiana you must see!

1) Black Pine Animal Park (1426 W. 300 N., Albion, IN)

Technically, this is a non-profit sanctuary for exotic animals. For many of these animals, it's their last chance. It is a place for exotic animals to have a home after they have been retired or rescued.

The Exotic Feline Rescue Center is actually one of the largest rescue centers for exotic felines who have been neglected, abused, or abandoned.

The Washington Park Zoo is home to more than 200 different animals of 90 different species coming from all over the world.
