The trail to get to the waterfall is a beautiful trek through various wild ferns and flowers, hemlock, and white pine.
While the trail does remain mostly flat, there are a few steep sections that require some navigation around rocks, so be prepared.
But once you wind up at the beach by the hidden waterfall, it will all be worth it. It takes about 1-2 hours to get to the waterfall, then about the same back.
The beach area is a beautiful place to set up shop for the day, enjoying a swim in the clear water under the cascades.
