This Canopy Walk In Georgia Is The Perfect Way To See The Fall Colors Like Never Before

The Atlanta Botanical Garden is one of the state's most popular attractions, and it's actually considered to be one of the best botanical gardens in the United States. There are more than 30 acres to explore here, and you'll find themed gardens, giant shrubbery statues, and gorgeous fountains. It's a beautiful place to visit at any time of year, and many of us love to go in the spring, when the majority of the flowers are in bloom. However, visiting in the fall is an equally colorful treat thanks to the Kendeda Canopy Walk. This elevated walk above the trees is certainly beautiful in the springtime, but when the trees are full of autumn hues? It's absolutely magnificent.

You'll find tons to enjoy at the gardens. The sculptures are quite awe-inspiring.

Atlanta is not particularly known for its fall foliage - while you will see some color change here, it's not nearly as vibrant as the magnificent shades you'll see a little further north in the North Georgia mountains.

However, you can enjoy a great view of the changing leaves on the Kendeda Canopy Walk.

This 600-foot long canopy walk is 40 feet in the air, giving you a bird's eye view of the surrounding woods.

You'll even be able to see the gardens down below!

The trip through Storza Woods shows off oaks, hickories, and poplars.

This is a must-visit attraction in Atlanta at any time of year, but make sure you don't skip out on a fall visit!

You can learn more about this beautiful fall canopy walk in Georgia from the Atlanta Botanical Garden website or Atlanta Botanical Garden Facebook page.
