Most Montanans will agree that winter has just about overstayed its welcome at this point. But with another month to go (and the likelihood of lingering snow long after), we may as well embrace it. Believe it or not, some of our hiking trails are best enjoyed in the winter. If you live in the Bozeman area, check out Sypes Canyon before spring.

Sypes Canyon is a short 20 minute drive from Bozeman, so you won't have to drive too far in treacherous conditions.
