They're active members of the Western Montana Growers Cooperative, so they're able to support local purveyors while serving the community the best quality food.
The food here is absolutely outstanding.
This is a Vanilla Bean Brined Grilled Pork Chop, and it's as amazing as it looks.
The Red Bird is open Monday - Saturday from 5 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
The menu changes frequently, but it's always full of delicious shareable plates and hearty entrees.
Here's another tip: When your server offers you dessert here, please say yes.

And as if their mouthwatering meals and elegant ambiance weren't enough, the Red Bird often hosts talented local musicians to perform while you dine.
Every Monday night all summer, you can enjoy live music from 7 - 10 p.m.
