After months of speculation, Headies Brick Oven Pizza of Montana officially opened on Valentine's Day.
Opening this restaurant was a lengthy process. Owners Daniel Brian, Wesley Correa, and Bruce Delorey took their time.

To fully immerse themselves in authentic Italian pizza-making, Brian sent a few of the team members to Andrew Scudera’s International Pizza School in New York last November.

Headie's Brick Oven Pizza is open daily from 4:30 p.m. to 11 p.m., except for Fridays and Saturdays, when it stays open until 1 a.m.
