It’s always amazing to see cities reinvent themselves. In St. Louis, buildings that were once forgotten have been restored into shops, restaurants, and residences. Brick River Cider Company is one of the many new St.Louis establishments that has taken something old and made it new again. The spectacular firehouse turned ciderworks has to be seen to be fully appreciated.
