1. The Bar - Cape Girardeau
Looking for a place with nice atmosphere and a great drink selection? Check out The Bar in Cape for a fantastic Sunday brunch.
Try one of the seven different omelets, get a bison burger, or go for the chicken and waffles. Best of all they have a fully stocked bloody mary bar!

2. The Corner Restaurant - Kansas City
The Corner Restaurant is one of the best loved brunch spots in Kansas City. Their menu has all the breakfast classics but some indulgent and creative additions as well.
Try the smothered chicken and waffles sandwich. People also love the boozy brunch drink menu. You'll find some unique drink options that aren't offered at other brunch spots.

3. Half & Half - Clayton
Another tried and true brunch destination is Half & Half. This little eatery is always offering the most popular (trendiest) brunch options like avocado toasts and over-the-top bloody mary's.
Although this is one of the more popular brunch spots in the St. Louis area, the service is always spectacular. If you're looking for something indulgent try the cinnamon roll pancakes.

4. Cafe Berlin - Columbia
If you're looking for a big brunch, try Cafe Berlin where the portions are hearty and the food is delicious.
You'll find fresh and often locally sourced ingredients throughout the menu. You can get a delicious boozy breakfast drink while you wait for your order from their fully stocked bar.

5. The Mud House - St. Louis
The Mud House is an adorable coffee house and burnch spot in the trendy Benton Park/Cherokee neighborhood in St. Louis. If you are a fan of latte art then you will love their masterful creations.
Whether you're craving savory or sweet, you can start your day off right with brunch at The Mud Room. While they don't offer any boozy breakfast drinks you can totally kick any residual feelings from a long night with their excellent coffee selection.

6. Bike Stop Cafe - St. Charles
There is nothing better than a great meal before hitting the Katy Trail. That is what you can expect to get from the Bike Stop Cafe.
Located right along the Katy Trail this cute little eatery serves up an awesome weekend brunch perfect for those who are vegan or vegetarian.
If you'd rather dine after your run, walk,or ride on the trail, you're in luck because they serve breakfast all day at the Bike Stop Cafe! Find them at 701 S. Riverside Dr., St. Charles.
7. The Bruncheonette - Joplin
The Brunchonette is one of the best eateries in Joplin. You'll love their creative flavors and the menu is always changing to incorporate fresh ingredients.
While you may not find the traditional bacon and eggs breakfast, you will certainly fall in love with their eggs benedict. The beet hollandaise sauce sure brightens up a plate!
Order upfront first, then grab a table. As with many of the brunch spots, expect a wait on weekend. Visit them at 424 N Main St., Joplin.
8. Aviary Cafe - Springfield
If you love crepes, both savory and sweet, then Aviary Cafe is your brunch dream.
While the crepes are the star of the show, there are other fantastic dishes worth trying like the breakfast poutine. Plus. they have more to offer than just mimosas and bloody mary's. Try one of the sangrias or a bellini for something new!
