Located in the small town of Brooksville, Ole Country Bakery is known for its mouthwatering variety of cakes, pies, doughnuts, and breads.
Almost immediately after opening its doors in 1981, the bakery became a popular treat and lunch stop for locals as well as for those travelling on nearby Highway 45.
At the "true old-fashioned bakery," the pastries and breads are all handmade using Mennonite techniques and secret recipes that have been passed down for decades.
The shelves are brimming with sweet treats, including plenty of tasty pies in a variety of flavors. Choose between apple, sugar-free apple, blackberry, blueberry, cherry, peach, pecan, or rhubarb.
The homemade bread is one of the bakery’s top sellers. The options include everything from standards, like wheat and French, to sweet breads, such as banana nut.
