As we mentioned, the Vulcan Snow Park is part of the St. Paul Winter Carnival. This winter, the park opens January 22 for the snow stomp. You can view the sculptures from January 21 to February 5. The snow slide is open for business from January 21 to February 4. It costs $2 per ride, including the use of the sled. Find the Snow Park at the Minnesota State Fairgrounds, 1265 Snelling Avenue North, St. Paul.
