Woolapalooza is a spring festival that celebrates all things fresh, green, and fluffy. The event invites guests to enjoy the beauty of Mass Audubon’s Drumlin Farm Wildlife Sanctuary while hanging out with farm creatures great and small. Drumlin Farm is a stunning location that truly highlights all that spring in Massachusetts has to offer.
One of the highlights of the festival is definitely meeting Drumlin Farm’s new spring lambs. They’re sweet, soft, and perfectly adorable. Their parents are pretty friendly too, and guests will have the opportunity to witness sheep shearing sessions. Besides hanging out with the sheep, guests of all ages can participate in hands-on activities that bring you closer to nature.

Local fiber artisans will also be on hand to offer demonstrations, sell their handmade wares, and teach guests of all ages how sheep fleece becomes warm woolen clothing. Programs happen throughout the day from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. If you start to get hungry, you can buy all natural, locally-grown Drumlin Farm food right on-site.

Tickets to this fun event are just $15 for Mass Audubon members and $17 for non-members. Kids under two years old are free, so bring the whole family. Parking is limited so you should do your best to arrive as close to the beginning of the event as possible.
