These Quaint Cottages On The Shores Of The Nantucket Sound In Massachusetts Will Make Your Summer Splendid
If you grew up or spent any time in Massachusetts, chances are you’ve been to Cape Cod. It’s a perfect and picturesque place to while away those summer days getting some sunshine, breathing in the salty air, and swimming at its pristine beaches. For your next Cape Cod summer vacation, we think you should book one of two seaside cottages in Massachusetts. With water views, a stay at these quaint cottages will make your summer complete.
Set on two acres of shoreline along the Nantucket Sound in Chatham, the Chatham Seaside Cottages offer stunning water views and easy access to the beach. They are situated at the mouth of Buck's Creek which attracts plenty of shorebirds.
Choose from one of two cottages, "Seadaisy" and "Bayberry," on the property. Open year-round, it's quieter here during the off-season. For the summer months, reservations must be made far in advance
The "Bayberry" cottage and the "Seadaisy" cottage (pictured here) have their own decks and plenty of water views. A stay here is absolutely peaceful and offers the ultimate place to relax.
Each cottage offers two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room. You can also find a gas grill and outdoor shower to use after a day at the beach.
Watch one of the famously spectacular Cape Cod ocean sunsets between November and March, if you choose to stay here during the off-season. You can view the sunset either from the beach or the deck of one of the Chatham Seaside Cottages.
