The park also sits at one end of an easy self-guided tour of the town of Turners Falls. You can walk or bike along the riverside path and learn all about this charming community with its distinctive geology and unique architectural features. This path also leads to Barton’s Cove picnic area, where you can watch eagles fly overhead.
