When you love food as much as I do, arranging an entire trip around amazing grub makes perfect sense. This epic road trip will take you across the state and provide you with a three days of perfect breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Getting to travel
and fill your belly with incredible food along the way is basically a dream come true.

1. Chester Common Table
Our first stop is Chester Common Table. They're a fantastically cozy spot that offers comfort food breakfast inspired by local flavors. If you arrive past breakfast time, definitely sample their awesome selection of craft brews and maybe even stay for live entertainment at night. The breakfast menu is super affordable and everything is assembled with care. Try their Eggs in Purgatory (pictured) for a delicious breakfast twist. (30 Main Street, Chester)
2. Eat, Springfield
Lunchtime calls for this super tiny eatery tucked away in Springfield. Their sandwiches and homemade chips are superb, and you can't beat the chicken and waffle special. The prices are fair and the staff will treat you like family. (609 Page Boulevard, Springfield)
3. Rye & Thyme, Leominster
Wrap up the first day of your journey with a mouthwatering dinner at Rye & Thyme in Leominster. This classy yet laid-back spot serves creative and filling entrees like dry-aged bone-in sirloin steak, chicken pesto pistachio pizza, and scrumptious crab cakes. (14 Monument Square, Leominster)
4. Vic's Waffle House, Tewksbury
Vic's Waffle House doesn't look like anything fancy, but they serve a big and beautiful breakfast that will leave you happy. As the name suggests, this joint specializes in incredible, fluffy waffles with decadent toppings. Of course, they also have plenty of savory items on the menu. 5. CK Pearl, Essex
Head to this awesome seafood joint for lunch on the second day of the trip. CK Pearl serves a perfect mix of classic New England fare and creative twists on old favorites. The clam chowder is perfectly creamy and the blackened chicken salad will leave you more than satisfied. Locals also rave about the lobster roll here. (112 Main Street, Essex)
6. Lucy's American Tavern, Dorchester
Head down below Boston for dinner at this Dorchester hidden gem. Contemporary American cuisine meets an incredible cocktail bar at Lucy's, where you're sure to be thrilled with dishes like the BBQ board, hickory-smoked wings and truffle fries. (13 Granite Ave, Dorchester)
7. Dave's Diner, Middleboro
Start your third day of adventure off with a visit to this retro breakfast and brunch spot. Dave's Diner serves classic American diner fare in huge portions for low prices. You can fill up on a giant omelette and side of hash, or tackle something like the Blue Suede burger (pictured) if your appetite is demands.

8. Ella's Wood Burning Oven Restaurant, Wareham

9. Twenty Eight Atlantic, Harwich
Twenty Eight Atlantic has some of the most stunning views on the Cape and it's the perfect spot to wrap up your three day restaurant adventure. This is probably the priciest spot on the list, but the incredible creations like lobster carbonara and caramelized sugar buns are well worth the splurge.
