The first three stops are in Baltimore, as Charm City is known to have a lot of delicious donut shops. First, head to Cloudy Donut Co. Full Circle Donuts is full of personality, from their decor to their donuts. There are all sorts of sweet varieties of donuts and the occasional savory ones as well -- don't miss the soft-shell crab donut!
