The Coplin Dinner House in Stratton offers a beautiful escape in the Carrabassett Valley of Maine, even for just a few hours while you enjoy dinner.
Tony Rossi and Heidi Donovan bought the farmhouse that's since been converted into their dream restaurant with the goal of creating something special. Today they serve a large menu focused on seasonal ingredients that are locally sourced.
They raise their own pigs and goats and the seafood comes from the Gulf of Maine. Things here are special, but there's one thing we always look for on the menu...
The Coplin Dinner House is open Friday and Saturday from 4:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. On Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday they’re open 4:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. They’re closed on Monday and Tuesday.
