You can spend a lifetime exploring Maine’s hiking trails, but not every trail is suitable for every hiker. Here’s a trail that offers some of the most incredible views – but most people will never see them because the hike is so difficult.

You'll find the Precipice Trail in Acadia National Park, and it offers one of the best views in the state. While it starts out simple enough, with some stairs carved into the side of the mountain, it gets tricky pretty quickly.
