This Old-School Louisiana Restaurant Serves BBQ Ribs To Die For
One of the culinary hidden gems in Louisiana is our delicious BBQ. We aren’t widely known for it, but that doesn’t mean we don’t have some talented pitmasters smoking up some of the best BBQ you’ll ever have. This old-school restaurant serves up some of the best ribs in Louisiana, so if you’re on the hunt for some good old-fashioned BBQ, make your way over to this tasty joint and dig in.

Established in 2009 by brothers Paul and Michael Mladenka, this old-school eatery quickly became a neighborhood favorite and the go-to spot for BBQ in the Greater Baton Rouge Area.

Like many BBQ spots, Cou-Yon’s dining room is a casual, relaxing atmosphere so pull up a chair and get ready to chow down.

One bite and you'll be hooked.

Just look at that glaze!

Go for the 1/2 rack, trust us.

We all know the sides can make or break a BBQ experience, and the sides here at Cou-Yon's are so good you can make a meal of them alone!

Salads, burgers, and seafood platters are just a few of the other items on the menu.

They have two food trucks in Baton Rouge, one stationed at Perkins at Acadian and the other at Burbank at Bluebonnet.
Be sure to check out their website for more information including a full menu for all of their locations, and don’t forget to give them a follow on Facebook so you never miss out on any of their latest creations. Have you ever dined at Cou-Yon’s? Let us know in the comments below!
